The cookies are controlled by Internet Explorer via the Control Panel applet Internet Options.

You can also adjust the cookies via the Windows Registry.

Scott, you are from Rochester? Me too, I'm at the Rochester Public Library.
I tried the option you told me already but it didn't work. I logged into the computer as admin, changed the cookie settings so that it accept all cookies but when I logged in as a patron the cookie still rejected me.
the site is tenclub.net/goods. When a patron tried to log in from this site, cookies stopped him. When I logged in as admin and allowed cookies from pearljam.com it allows me to log into this site but when I logged off and logged in again as a patron, my change didn't seem to take effect.

The cookie settings are on a per user basis. Logging on as one user and setting the cookie settings will set the cookies for the user logged on but will not change the settings for other users.

You can use the PWB startup script to import Registry settings via Regedit to modify the settings for the current user.
