PWB closes when clicking on external link???

Instead of going to my designated AccessURLredirect page, PWB simply closes when we click on an external link. How can I get it to go to my redirect page instead of closing? And, what's causing it to close?

This is the content of my URL.txt page:

We only had to place the +redirect.html file name in the URL.txt file. That seems to have taken care of it. Never would have guessed it.
