How do remove address bar from second window

I am trying to remove the address bar from the second window within the Public Web Brower v2. I need to limit internet access within our external website using links, but every time a link is clicked, a new window appears. The address bar is on the second window. How can I disable the address line from that second window? It alows me to remove the address bar from the primary window? Please Help! Thanks!!!

You should be able to set the following to disable the address bar on secondary windows.

[SecondWindow]
ShowAddressBar=False
