ShellBar icons do nothing

I have tried everything I could think of to get the ShellBar to function. The icons appear nicely but do absolutely nothing. I tried adding a simple shortcut to notepad.exe in the shellbar folder as a test, I added the full path to the shellbar folder in the INI file, and I upgraded PWB to version 2.10, all to no avail.

I'm running PWB in kiosk mode, have used SetPWB to set it as the default browser and no matter what, when I click on an icon in the shellbar, nothing happens. The shortcuts in the shellbar folder work fine.

Windows XP Pro SP2 with IE6 SP2.

Any suggestions? Thanks!

What is the path to the target line in one of the shortcuts you are using for the Shellbar?
