Icon on the left of the addressbar

We are using PWB 2.10.4. The icon for the webpages that you can use to drag the URL to a drive is not showing in PWB. Is that a setting of PWB or something that has been disabled elsewhere. I could see that icon when running IE6. I don't know what that icon is called.

PWB v2 does not have this functionality built in. If it is needed we can add a File menu option to create a shortcut.
