Jaws hotkeys and PWB

We are having a problem calling Jaws up with a hotkey CTRL-ALT-J when having Public Web Browser running. We don't have this problem in IE7. Is there a setting in the INI file that could be blocking this?
We have hotkeys for other accessibility software that works fine within PWB. Jaws seems to be the only one that we can't get to work.

PWB does not use the hot keys CTRL-ALT-J in any manner.

Are you using HideGUI?

Do you have PWB set t always be on top? It may be the application is working but appearing behind PWB.
