PWB 2.1.0.9 Print Preview Help Button (disable it)

Hi Everyone,

I am trying to find a way to disable the Help button (top right) in the Print Preview window. When click on this (?) in PWB 2.1.0.9, it brings up an IE window (with no address bar or buttons). User now has a way to bypass PWB. Is there a way to disable this or redirect it to a PWB window? Do I need to do through the Active Directory GPO route?
