Solid black printout

I am having an intermittent problem where patron printing; usually an image get nothing but a solid black page. I think it happens most frequently when they print from a page with nothing but an image like movie or travel tickets. I have never seen this before with Public Browser. I was wondering if anyone has ever seen anything similar.

Do you get this same issue printing the same web page with the same version of Internet Explorer installed on the computer with PWB?
