tool bar icon size

Seemingly at random, our tool bar icons change size on their own. They will be too small to fill the space between the spacers, but if I set up an icon to stop/restart PWB, they reappear just fine.

We had this problem in the past, to work around it we set up a script that paused the PC for 10 seconds before opening PWB. However, it seems like there should just be a solution? Any thoughts?[/img]

Does the problem only happen when PWB starts, or does it happen over time?

It seems to happen over time. I checked 1/2 our stations this morning, and none of them had the issue. Not sure what triggers it at this point?

Are you using the PWB inactivity timer? If so what is the inactivity action set as?

Turning off XP Theme solves this problem for me. I am using v2.1.0.9.
