Translate with Live Search

MS IE has this option when you right click on any webpage, is this a possibility in PWB?

Is this an add-on to IE?

For example if I navigate to http://www.google.es/ with IE8, and right click on the page I do not see the option to translate the page in Live Search.

I don't believe so, I'm running IE 8 and you don't have to be on a foreign page...it'll translate any language to any other. The option is sometimes grayed out on certain webpages, but usually it's always in the menu.
