quick zoom in/out

Is there a way to incorporate the quick zooming achieved by holding control (ctrl) and moving the mouse wheel up and down, the way it behaves in IE and Firefox?

PWB v2.11.1 current on the Beta Download page (PWBv2111_14122010) includes this functionality.
