Larger toolbar icons?

Staff have requested that I increase the size of the toolbar icons, however they don't want the icons to change otherwise. If I increase the size of the default icons they look pixelated, as would be expected. Where can I find 48x48 pixel, or larger, versions of these icons?

If you want we can create them for you. Otherwise you can use a free program like IcoFX to create new ones.
