Taskbar not showing in Windows 7

Taskbar not showing in Windows 7
Does PWB disable the taskbar from showing on Windows 7 and if it does how can I make it visable? I am not sure if it is a PCRES issue although they claim it is not.
It is possible PWB can obscure the Taskbar with the following setting.
[Browser]
KioskMode=True
It is possible PWB can be opened in an alternate Windows Desktop without a Taskbar with the following setting.
[Browser]
SecureMode=True
Setting both to false will take PWB out of the respective mode and show the Taskbar if PWB is obscuring it.
We also offer another application called HideGUI which can hide all aspects of the Windows GUI.
