Give Restriced Save a "Save as type" drop-down

The Restricted Save dialog looks great, except it only saves plain old htm or html files. It would be great to have the save "Save as type:" dropdown that the normal IE save dialog has. This would allow patrons to save pages as complete htm or html (including all images) or as sigle file Web archives (mht files). Those of us on Win98 don't seem to have any way to restrict the default IE save dialog to prevent saving to the C: drive.

I will add a complete HTML save to our to do list. We are currently working on a rewriting the restricted save for PWB v2.05.
