PWB crashing on CBC news Page randomely

We are currently having an issue with our PWB crashing randomely when accessing the www.CBC.ca\news feeds.

We are currently using version 2.11.4, with PWBIdler, and PWBDisableWindowsGUI addons.

Issue seems to occur when on our Windows 2003 Terminal Servers, with Internet Explorer 8.

The Page does not always crash, and when it does it seems as if the PWBDisableWindowsGUI is still activated since the taskbar is still greyed out. However the rest of the PWB is closed.

I do not see any Event Logs in either System or Application Logs in regards to this.

We had similiar issues with it crashing randomely on out 2003/IE7 servers, but we were using an older version of PWB, and it would popup when signed in as an administrator that the PWB crashed.

Any ideas why this may be crashing? Or need any other info?

We will check into it.

Do you allow PWB to exit periodically to clear up any web site memory leakage?

We use an Inactivity Timer Script to logoff the Terminal after 6400 seconds.

Would the PWB crash without leaving a log anymore?

It should leave an entry in the error log. We have not changed any functionality that would prevent this.

We are about to release PWB 2.11.5, this version adds some security settings in IE that makes it a bit more compatible with some web sites.

There is nothing in the Error Logs about it crashing, but it no longer shows up as a processor running, so it has closed, and not reopened.

Any chance I could get a copy? Or how soon will it be out?

You can download a copy of PWB 2.11.5 from the Beta Downloads page.

It is in the finally stages of testing.
