Problem updating ini file

Hi all,
I work at a large University and we have received a new registration number.

When it is pasted into the ini file everything is ok until the PC is rebooted.

What happens then is that it reverts back to the old licence number in the ini file and the 10 minute timeout.

Has anyone experienced this problem before?

Do the computers have a script starting PWB that is copying a new INI file to the computer before starting PWB?

There was a NAL running in the background.
