These screen shots are from a very early version of PWB version 3 and appearance may change during development.

Is there a way to make the beta look more like these screen shoots?
I like the big buttons.

Unfortunately we moved away from the Ribbon used in Office 2010. If you want we can add a setting to enlarge the buttons similar to PWB v2.

The Window settings will be available in the release version 3.01 sometime this week.

The button text is available in version 3.01.0 with the following setting.

[ToolBars]
ShowButtontext=True
