ClearCacheOnClose what does it clear?

I wanted to ask about the details of what the setting "ClearCacheOnClose" clears? For instance, does it clear cached files, browser history, saved form and password information, and cookies?

"ClearCacheOnClose" clears the cache files and cookies.
