PWB v.2.11.4 crashes when trying to sign in on Xtramath.org

PWB v.2.11.4 crashes when trying to sign in on the website Xtramath. We get an error message that says "Public Web Browser (July 14, 2011) has encountere a problem and needs to close."

The site seems to work fine on Windows 7 with IE9 and PWB 2.11.6.

What version of Windows, IE, and PWB, are you using?

What are the steps to re-create the issue?
