Pop-up blocker message in Gmail

Is there any setting in PWB that might be causing this message to appear to users in Gmail?

"Grr! A popup blocker may be preventing Gmail from opening the page"

I've had a few reports of this from patrons and I've kind of been able to duplicate it. In one case where I saw the message, I was actually able to click past it to open a link. But I don't have a good test case for duplicating it.

OS: Windows 7 with SP1
Browser: IE 9
PWB: 2.11.7c
