Password to disable proxy server

In light of the CIPA ruling, if we use a network proxy filtering server, can an override password be added to completely bypass the proxy server?

I will see what I can do.

I believe the IE HTML rendering engine only reads the proxy settings when it is instantiated. This may prove to be a problem unless PWB is restarted.

OK, then how about adding the ask proxy function that v1.28 had under the Addons section to v2? I could live with adult stations that asked up front if they wanted filtered or not. -George

That should not be a problem to add to PWB v2. I will put it on our to-do list for PWB v2.05.
