patrons cannot log into their accounts

I have PWB 2.10 or 11 on my catalog PC's allowing patrons only to search the catalog and our website & databases.
We just changed ILS's and have Evergreen, I cannot get logged on as a patron to place holds, I have the url's in the URL.txt, plural because when you log in it becomes a https:// so I have both http:// and https://.
Any idea what could be causing this? Our server is in the cloud now, used to be in house.

If you disable the URL filter and you are able to log on then you will need to adjust your filter file.

You can use the following to debug your filter files.
