"restore Down" button minimizes window, unable to maximize

We are running 2.11, and we have some users that, when they click the 'Restore down' button on PWB, the window minimizes, and can't be maximized. the only thing that can be done is reboot the computer. It doesn't happen on every computer just enough to be a bother.
I looked through the ini file, but don't see anything about it.
Has anyone else encountered this?

It sounds like the window location is being saved off the screen, perhaps due to Windows Registry issues. Set the following in the PWB INI file.

[Browser]
SaveWindowPosition=False

You could also delete the [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\TeamSoftware Solutions\Public Web Browser v2] registry key and let PWB recreate it.
