Ctrl+W tab glitch

Hello, Scott.

Recently we have discovered an issue involving the key command Ctrl+W and what seems to be any webpage using Flash. The tab will close, but it fails to end whatever parts of the pane that use Flash (e.g. ads, videos, games). I've attached a screenshot of this occurrence. The problem does not occur if you close the tab normally with the 'X' in the tab bar.

Shown is the Youtube homepage over our own after the glitch occurs. The ad video at the top is still playing, although I can't interact with it.

We just tested it and 3.0.3.7 seems to have fixed this bug. Thank you very much!
