Ctrl+Alt+Delete Not Suppressed in SecureMode

I am working with PWBv3.03.4. I have enabled SecureMode in my Ini file, SecureMode=True. In the description of Secure Mode it stats that it will suppress Ctrl+Alt+Delete. However, when I am running PWBv3 and I press Ctrl+Alt+Delete I still get the menu associated with that. Are there any other steps I need to take to make sure PWBv3 runs in SecureMode?

edit: I'm working with Windows 7, if that makes any difference.

Secure mode suppresses access to the Task Manager via the Ctrl-Alt-Del. Unfortunately it is not possible for an application to suppress the Secure Attention Sequence (Ctrl-Alt-Del) by design for secure measures.
