Popup Blocker enable/disable

Unless I have missed something, has the popup enable/disable button not made it into version 3 yet. I have some patron asking for the ability to enable and disable popups when they need to.

It is still on our list, and will probably not make it into 3.03.5 release. It should be in the 3.03.6 release.

Do you have a time frame on this, even an approximate one?

We have patrons who are having trouble accessing school websites for online exams, financial aid and other issues and I'd like to be able to give them something a little more concrete rather than telling them I don't know when this'll be available.

As soon as we release 3.03.5 which should hopefully be this week, we will work on adding the pop-up blocker button. The beta with this functionality should be out within 3 weeks after we finally release 3.03.5.

How do you have PWB version 3.03.4 set up that it does not allow pop-ups? Do you have the new windows and tabs disabled?

The following has been added to PWB v3.03.6 now available on the Beta Downloads page.

[SecondWindow] DisableUnrequested=False Disable unrequested windows and tabs.
[SecondWindow] DisableShiftClick=False
[Buttons] Popup=True Enables popup and new tab button toggle.
[Dialogs] ShowPopupMessage=True Shows popup message dialog.
[Files] PopupOnButtonFile= HTML message file for ShowPopupMessage On.
[Files] PopupOnButtoffFile= HTML message file for ShowPopupMessage Off.
