Inactivity Question - Mouse Scroll Wheel

One of our patron's uses our alldata database pretty much daily.

The browser often resets on him while he's on the site scrolling.

Watching him remotely some of the searches he is doing generate super long lists.
He scrolls down with the mouse wheel and I don't see any actual mouse movement.

Our inactivity time is set to 90 seconds so there is a high chance he is wheeling that entire time.

Does using the scroll wheel on the mouse count as keyboard or mouse movement?
If not could it be?

It currently does not, but we will add this to our to do list for version 3.03.6.
