noaccess or check IP problem

We have a Kids catalog. I have tried both the noaccess or check IP and the problem is the same with either method. We can access the kids catalog ok, but when you do a search a window pops up to let the kids know that the searching is in progress and then it goes away when the search results are ready. At that pop up window PWB will no longer allow access. The windows close out th kids catalog and we are back at the main catalog.

Any suggestions?

There is probably a string in your noaccess or not a string in your onlyaccess file that is causing this. Try setting debug access string in your INI to see what PWB is seeing as the URL.
