Typing slashes instead of words and blank screen

We have an issue, where sometimes when typing in words the screen only displays slashes. We are typing into our Innovative WebOpac and this doesn't happen with IE6 only PWB. The workstations are Win2000 sp3.

Another problem that occurs is that screens sometimes don't display completely. The screens just stop rendering after the first line or so.

Has anyone else seen these problems? How can we remedy these situations?

Not seen this one before.

What version of PWB are you using?
What version of IE are you using?

We're using version 2.04 rel 2 and IE 6.

Generally, a reboot fixes the problem, but it seems to always come back after a few hours.
