Internet comes up blank (IE11?)

We have been experiencing an issue where the internet will come up to a blank, white page.
The only thing we have been able to find that may be the issue is that IE 11 has been installed on the computer. The normal user doesn't have install rights, so it may be a corrupted install.
Removing IE 11 fixes the problem.
Has anyone seen this?

We have not seen any issues with IE 11.0.

What version of PWB v3 are you using including the minor revision number, for example 3.03.6.

Is there a specific web site that is exhibiting the white screen?

we're using 3.0.3.4, and it's any website.

Do any sites work in Internet Explorer when logged on as the same person that runs PWB?

None at all.
we're tracking it down as a possible issue in our group policy.

We are experiencing this also.

White screen but we are using the Chrome install.

it works on a fresh boot, and then times out where the machine will need to be rebooted. The icons at the top of the screen are frozen.

Do you allow PWB to close and restart between users?

We did. Do I need to disable that?

No, that is what should correct it.

What version of PWB are you using?

I have tried the Chrome version and now I am back on the PWB 3 IE version.

Websites were not coming up right without IE 11 on them.

Out of troubleshooting ideas.
