Need older version of PWB v3.03.X for windows XP

Sorry, PWB v3 uses enhanced tool bars so it is only compatible with Windows 7 or newer.

is there a way to disable toolbar? and use on windows xp?

If we disable the toolbars the only thing that will be left is the web view, no back, forward, print, favorites, print, address bar, ...
