Have been working with one of our partners. They got a new database subscription that is giving them fits. When logged in as admin, PWB will work as advertised. We made the regular user a local admin to troubleshoot and removed the group policy that would normally lock down the user, but it still doesn't work.
Any suggestions on troubleshooting?
here is the URL in question:
http://libraries.mangolanguages.com/ben ... little_pim
I realize this may not work as it is subscription based and authenticates on IP. If you get the link, you don't have to sign up, you can click on start learning.
TIA

This definitely sounds like a Windows Profile issue. Do you have any Group Polices in effect that would affect the user and not the admin?
PWB uses the Internet Explorer HTML rendering engine, and most of the IE settings are Profile specific. If there is a restriction to IE for a given profile it will also affect PWB.

Thanks Scott. Tried that, but it didn't work. It still hangs up trying to load languages.
