Library web page URL Links not working

Need some help, please. Some, not all of our external links, we access via our Library Home page, are not getting any response when we click on the links or select a linked URL within a menu. The only settings I adjusted in the .ini file was to disable the address bar and set the window size. did I missing something else?

What version of PWB v3 are you using including the minor revision number and rendering engine, for example version "3.04.2 CEF".

What is the URL of the web site exhibiting the issues?

The version in your example is the one, we're using. most of the links embedded in 'http://www.bellwoodlibrary.org/index.ph ... -resources' are not responding in the public browswer.

It looks like many of the links on http://www.bellwoodlibrary.org/index.ph ... -resources open new tabs, do you have new tabs or new windows disabled?

If you use a stock unedited INI file, do the links work?

Yes, those two items were disabled in the .ini file. The links are working now. Thank You.
