What are the bare minimum INI settings required for PWB.exe to work properly?

All the settings in the INI file have a default setting built into the PWB executable, except for the following.

[Browser]
RegisteredTo=Unregistered
RegistrationNumber=
IniFileVersion=3.00

So in essence you could have an INI file with only the above three settings.
