We are big fans of PWB for our catalog PCs. Some of our pages take a long time to load, a few seconds. In a typical web browser, we can see a loading animation at the tab's title bar to know that the site is working and loading. However in PWB, I cannot seem to find any way to indicate to the user that the page is indeed loading. Is there such a setting or addon?
We do typically have the PWB configuration very stripped down, but I have tried toggling these settings in PWB.ini to no avail:
ShowAddressBar
ShowStatusBar
ShowStatusBarIcons
ShowNavigationBar
ShowToolbar
KioskMode
ShowTitleBar
ShowShellBar
ShowKioskBar
Loading Indicator
Re: Loading Indicator
When PWB v3 is navigating to a URL the Stop button enables and the lower left hand corner icon in the status bar turns into a downloading icon.
We will look into animating the stop button to further indicate waiting for the page to load.

Re: Loading Indicator
Unfortunately it seems that our link does not trigger those icon changes. I had not tried enabling the refresh button to see it if changed to a stop button, but it does not.
The link we are struggling with is to reserve our study rooms (as the page needs to load the full availability before displaying). Click on "Reserve the Cardinal Study Room now!" from this page. The loading icon appears very briefly at the end, but there are several seconds before where it appears as if nothing is happening. In a standard Chrome window, the tab icon as well as the Refresh button react instantly.

What the URL that you are navigating to?
Also make sure you are using the current version of PWB 3.20.06.

Re: Loading Indicator
An example URL is: https://worthingtonlibraries.librarymar ... study-room
We have one for each of our many study rooms, but they all behave the same.

Re: Loading Indicator
Navigating to the URL with PWB 3.20.06 the Stop button enables and the Refresh button disables indicating it is loading.
We will see if we can make it more prominent with an animation.
