We are trying to use Refworks Write-n-Cite utility on our public machines. When you click on write-n-cite from within MS Word it opens a browser window (single purpose-no toolbars) asking you to log in. Once you do if you have no citations stored online it brings you to a help page with a few links on it. Clicking any of these links should open a new browser window (a normal window this time) to reference materials on RefWork's site but instead the window just flashes and does not open anything. We did use SetPWB and it seems to work for other programs just not sure what is going on here with WNC. Any ideas? Is it possible PWB is treating the links as popups? If so, how would I enable them but not all popups? Would this perhaps be considered a "second window"
Any help appreciated
