Printing causes PWB to close

A patron reported that when they printed from intraglobalvitamins.com that the browser closed without printing or error. When printing from that site on that computer in IE instead is works as it should.

Do you have any ideas on this?

Anything in particular that the patron was printing?

Using PWB v2.10.3 and printing random pages does not reproduce the problem.

I just tried again. From the first page, I clicked on Product Info and printed and it closed the browser.

So you are printing the web page or a pdf file from the web page?

I clicked on the tab for Product Info and tried to print that. I will send the .ini.

You INI indicates you are using PWB v2.09. If you right click on the PWb.EXE file and choose Properties, what version is indicated on the Version tab?

We do not have problem printing with PWB v2.09.3 and your INI file.

We are using 2.093. I have tried it on numerous computers with the same result.

How do you have PWB implemented, for example are you running PWB as the Windows shell?

We use the libonline reservation system. After the patron logs onto reservation software, they get a menu and they choose PWB. The path and .ini for this are specified in the administration of libonline. This seems to be only this website, although I believe over the years I have heard mention of it, but rarely.

Do you have the issue if you print using PWB from a computer without Libonline Registration System?

You could also try using the newest PWB to see if you still have the issue.

The problem still occurs running pwb outside of the libonline menu. I did try the newer version and that does work.

I imagine since this is a rare problem I won't race out to upgrade all the computers, but since we will be replacing many computers soon I will use the newer version then.
