Novelist & White list

Hello everyone;
We are using PWB w/a whitelist to limit patrons to catalog and subscription database use. Just recently I noticed that Novelist
(http://web.ebscohost.com/novelist/) is no longer working. It allows the user to navigate to the Novelist homepage, but then will not allow a search to be executed. Perhaps coincidentally (or p'raps not), Novelist just did a major website overhall. Has anyone else experienced this? Care to share any necessary whitelist additions? I haven't yet run de-bug (next move after this) nor contacted EBSCO (2nd move). any help much appreciated! Sandy

Turn on the URL tracking and access logging or debugging. This will tell you want is being blocked.

You can also use the FilterCheck utility to check your filter file against a given URL.
