Override Command Section Question

What is the syntax for the Override command section?

for example in the ini file there is

ShowAddressBar =

What do I put there to activate it?

If I wanted it to be Ctrl Alt Shift + ES how would I phrase it?

The overrides are case sensitive keywords typed into the PWB override dialog box. The override dialog box is accessed by hitting Ctrl-Alt-Shift+Insert.
