display settings on PWB 2

We updated to PWB 2.11 but when running IE 7 / IE 8 address of our library hides some of the links on the home page.

as you can see on the image our library address is blocking a link.

is there a way to change some settings so it goes down.. we tried with IE 6 and it works fine

its just IE 7 and IE 8 we are having problem.

print preview shows up the link but one can see address mixing with URL.

As PWB uses whatever version of IE you have installed on the computer to render the HTML on the web page, check the web site with IE7 or IE8, do you get the same results?

What is the URL of the page having the issue?
