Forms works in IE but not PWB

A patron complained that the form on this page doesn't work in PWB. In testing, it works fine with IE 9 on that computer but not with PWB 2.11.3.

It's the form for generating a number frequency chart.

There is actually an error on the page that is causing the issue with PWB.

SCRIPT5007: Unable to get value of the property 'submit': object is null or undefined
script block (5), line 1 character 2

PWB is telling IE to continue with the script but the script seems to be exiting.

Any settings in PWB that might be blocking that from continuining? IE completes the loading of the page even if there is an error.

I look at the code and PWB is telling the IE ActiveX Control to continue, but for some reason IE is not.
