Chrome and IE 9

Post by rpljosh »

Just downloaded version 3.03.2 to play with and test to see if we want to move to this version. I looked through the INI and browsed some posts in the PWB v3 forum, but I couldn't seem to find the answer to this question. If Chrome and IE 9 are both installed, which engine does PWB v3 use? Can I specify in the INI which one to use?

PWB version 3 currently can only user Internet Explorer. PWB v3 is prepped for the Chromium Embedded Framework, but we are waiting until CEF incorporates printing and popup window support.

See the following post.

Hi Scott,

Do you have an ETA on the CEF fixes?

Unfortunately we have no control over the CEF project so we can not give any timelines on when they will incorporate the fixes.
