hey, my client purchased a key for a kiosk i'm working on for the Art Gallery of Windsor, (Ontario, Canada) needless to say this was at 3pm yesterday Sept25... it is now 6pm friday the next day and she tell me she has not recieved the key yet?? We really need a serial number as the show goes live saturday morning. I would really like somone to personally contact me with a serial number tonight so we can make the software active.
In the future please do not put 24 hours in your turn-around time for the purchase of the product, as it may mess up peoples "last minute" problems... better to know it will be a few days....
at any rate, can someone who works for TeamSoftware help us out ASAP????? We already left two voice mail messages, and sent an email....

I apologize for the slowness in the turn around. Unfortunately you happened to order the one week out of the whole year we had to go out of town on a business trip and we were unable to process orders on Thursday and Friday.
Normally our turn around times for both orders and support emails are within the hour, as most of our customers will attest to.
