PWB 2.3 R1 & Printing.txt file

I am not sure if it is me or what, but in looking at the documentation
and testing, the file 'printing.txt' needs to reside in the public browser
directory. It would not find the file in any other place, even with a full
path. Is this the way it is supposed to be? If so, in the future will it be
able to be placed in another location, such as on a server?

It should be as the rest are, able to reside in any folder. I will check into it.

PWB is looking for "PrintingMessageFile" in the INI but the PWB INI has "PrintingMessage", add the "File" to the setting and it will work.

PrintingMessageFile=Printing.txt
