In my URL.txt file I have added +all and a - out certain sites.

I have a few Internet shortucts on my desktop, for database access. Some open fine and some give the access denied error - ones that are not resticted sites or - out sites.

Any advice?

Use the history file along with access logging to adjust your PWB filter.

[Security]
WriteHistoryFile=True
LogAccess=True

- or -

LogDeniedAccess=True

Or use the debug access string setting.

[Security]
DebugAccessString=False

Ok, I am at a loss.

I am allowing everything for testing purposes and PWB still pops an Access Denied on two sites:

http://nclive.org/
http://www.digitalnc.org/

Help?

Best I can tell ... NC LIVE's page has links to Facebook, etc and I am blocking it ... so the dialogue will pop but NC LIVE will be allowed. Same for DigitalNC.

Best I can do so I will live with it.

Are you allowing for Twitter and Google Plus?

Yeah, since I was trying to restrict the social media sites (as these are database/research machines) I figured that had something to do with it.

Found a work around that is good.
