We are implementing PWB 3.0.3.6 and I have override access via Ctrl-Alt-Shift-Ins when PWB is sitting on my test PC. But when I distribute the software via a software bundle, have auto-logon enabled etc., when I press Ctrl-Alt-Shift-Ins nothing happens- I have no popup appear for the password. The IT techie here who packaged up PWB using ZEN does not know what the cause is. Any ideas?

Is there a key sequence on the device that would be override the Ctrl-Alt-Shift-Insert?
In PWB v3.03.7 you can add the following to the INI file to enable Ctrl-F4 to open the overrides.

OnAltOverrides=True
