AutoRestart "error getting start folder"

I am running autorestart on Win 7 64 bit. The software will not run any longer. I get the error message "error getting start folder."
In another post, I saw the suggestion to look for the registry key with the folder designation. I do not have any registry keys for team software solutions.

Double click the AutoRestart icon in the Task Tray and enter the password. This will bring up the AutoRestart Setup dialog with the path it is looking for.
