Outside Link Exceptions

We currently use PWB to limit computer access to our library catalog only. We now have a third party vendor that has a link on our catalog. As of now the link doesn't open, I assume due to configuration restrictions. Is there a place in the PWB.ini file to add the vendor's address as an exception? Are all links automatically restricted?

Just add the vendor to the PWB filter with the "+vendor" in the list.
