PWBv3 Chome - searches google before url in ini

Hello,

We have a network that is extremely locked down and our users can only go to one site. We've specified the URL in the "HomePage=" section of the PWB.ini file, yet when PWB loads, it is trying to go to https://www.google.com/search?q=/www.go ... ecifiedURL.

Any idea of why this might be happening, and what we can do to correct it?
