url.txt

Post by jasonbennett »

Hi, I`m using url.txt to block downloading and runing of .exe`s(-.exe). This works great but patrons have complained about not being able to use any links on amazon.co.uk. I`ve noticed each link on this website contains EXEC so I presume this is the problem. Added +.exec to url.txt
but still no joy.

Any Ideas?

Thanks

You need to add "+exec" to the URL file above the "-.exe". Once PWB finds a specific deny or allow it quits searching.

I also noticed you tried "+.exec", you should remove the "." since the URL does not contain it.
